Our Pictures Mobile works with any camera phone and wireless service provider, however the ability to automatically share pictures with the desktop is currently available on nine Symbian OS camera phones: Nokia models 3650, 3660, 6260, 6600, 6620, 6630, 7610, 7650, and the Siemens SX1 which operate in the US on AT&T/Cingular and T-Mobile and in the UK on O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone networks. OurPictures partnered with leading mobile application provider, Cognima, to develop OurPictures Mobile. It is easily downloaded and provides a simple interface for users to program their phone to automatically forward the pictures they take to their friends and family or directly to the OurPictures application on their PC. Once a user signs up, a code is sent to the camera phone linking it with the computer, so users can easily send camera phone photos to their desktop in just a few clicks.

According to digital imaging market research firm InfoTrends, the camera phone market is booming, with worldwide sales of 178 million units for calendar year 2004, growing to over 860 million in 2009.
